This is your opportunity to build something real.
In nearly two decades of business, I've learned to spot A-players by their attitude, mindset, and coachability — not their job history, whether that's years of sales experience or none at all. This isn't a job you're applying for — it's a business you're stepping into, built for self-starters ready to run with a real opportunity to make money and make a difference.
This isn't cold calling random people, and it's not hitting up your friends and family. It's a professionally run business, built on purpose — meaningful work that actually serves people, not just another sales job. And you build something real for yourself along the way.
This isn't pay-to-play. Nobody pays me or the team to join — you earn your place, not purchase it.
Why I do this
I'm Tamsyn — most people call me Tams.
I grew up in Durban, South Africa. When I was four, my father had a motorbike accident that left him in a coma — for sixteen years. My mother, a stay-at-home mom, was left overnight with two young children and no protection in place for a moment like that.
That's the reason I do this work. So fewer families ever have to face any kind of difficulty alone.
And I'd bet you've seen something like it too. A GoFundMe for a funeral. A family scrambling to cover what should have been covered. It's common, it's heartbreaking, and it's preventable.
That's the work. Making sure fewer families ever have to ask.
The name
Khanyisa is a Zulu and Xhosa word — rooted in -khanya, "to shine." It means to bring light, to illuminate, to enlighten. Traditionally, it's given as a name to someone hoped to be a source of guidance, warmth, and hope in the world.
It's the language of Durban, South Africa, where I grew up — and it's become the name for how I've always tried to do business: with love and light, real care for the people in front of me, and money made with purpose behind it.
It's the same impact, service, and contribution model I've always built with — a way of doing business that circles back to doing good, not just doing well. So when you join Khanyisa, you're not just learning how to make money. You're learning how to make a difference while you do it.
Why I'm all in
In 2009 I built my first B2B consulting agency from scratch as I entered entrepreneurship — cold calling my way to results, one grind of a day at a time — and grew it into a multi-seven-figure business, mentoring people with no track record into top producers. I've built several more businesses, entrepreneur incubator programs, and mentorship ventures since. The industry looks nothing like that today — it's remote, flexible, and built for real income and freedom. After building more than one business from nothing, I know a real opportunity when I see one. That's exactly why I'm diving into this myself, not just pointing people toward it.
